Being a great real estate agent begins with knowing Seattle & Eastside real estate inside and out. It helps if you have decades of experience so you know the best negotiation strategies in any type of market.

It’s also about who you are. If you read my reviews you'll see consistent themes about my attention to detail, patience, dedicated listening, steady personality and unwavering motivation to help clients reach their goals.

I love the Pacific Northwest, and I love all of our unique neighborhoods. But most of all, I love connecting with people and assisting them with quite possibly one of the largest transactions of their life. It's an honor that I don't take lightly. This 20+ year career has been an absolute joy! That’s why I do this.

On the Personal Front...

In my free time I love to be outdoors - doesn't everyone in Seattle say that?!?  My sweet dog Nova loves walks so we get outside as often as possible. Our favorite places within Seattle are Greenlake, Discovery Park, Lincoln Park and the Arboretum. I also love mountain and rock climbing, hiking and backpacking.  I've climbed Mt Rainier, Mt Adams, Mt Shuksan, Mt Baker and Mt St Helens and backpacked all over the Pacific Northwest.

I volunteer with youth programs throughout the city, especially with girls. I love the outdoor-related programs like those through The Mountaineers, Girls Rock and Girls on the Run.  I have also been a volunteer mentor at Seattle Girls School, an independent middle school for girls.
